Well, things are really heating up at Morningstar Homes...and not just because it is 98 degrees out! It seems like everything we had in design this spring is all coming up at the same time. In Chapel Ridge we have three coming out of design with one starting in the next 30 days, a second in the next 45 days and the last starting in the next 90 days. It looks like we may have two new clients to start work on designing thier homes within the next 90 days...these should start this fall.

Outside of Chapel Ridge we have a lovely home starting just north of Hillsborough for a wonderful young couple. This home is situated on 14 acres and we will also be building a custom horse barn, that will match the home, at the same time.

Finally we are just completing design and getting ready to start permitting a custom home in Orange County...just outside of Chapel Hill in a small custom neighborhood featuring some great estate homes.
