MorningStar Homes Inc. is a custom homebuilder that is here to serve the needs of the future homeowner who owns their own lot or land and needs an experienced homebuilder to assist them in realizing their dream. We build in Wake, Chatham, Orange, Durham, Granville and Franklin counties and will consider other locations as well.
We have experience building plans from a wide variety of architects and enjoy working closely with our customers to make these plans their own. If you don't have a plan in mind, don't fret, we do "design build" as well for the truly "custom" customer. If you have a large "Estate" plan (generally over 5,000 sq ft and with a value of over 1 million) our experience and hand picked trade base are up to the task.
Last, but certainly not least, we build “inside the belt line” and feature period correct craftsman style homes and cottages. As you may be aware, finding lots or homes to tear down inside the belt line for rebuilding can be difficult. So check back with us often as we are always looking for these opportunities and will post them on our web site when they come available.
