MorningStar Homes Inc. is a custom homebuilder that is here to serve the needs of the future homeowner who owns their own lot or land and needs an experienced homebuilder to assist them in realizing their dream. We have experience building plans from a wide variety of architects and enjoy working closely with our customers to make these plans their own. If you don't have a plan in mind, don't fret, we do "design build" as well for the truly "custom" customer. If you have a large "Estate" plan (generally over 5,000 sqft and with a value of over 1 million) our experience and hand picked trade base are up to the task.
Last, but certainly not least, we build “inside the beltline” and feature period correct craftsman style homes and cottages. As you may be aware, finding lots or homes to tear down inside the beltline for rebuilding can be difficult. So check back with us often as we are always looking for these opportunities and will post them on our website when they come available.
